SELF DRILLING ANCHORS
Convenient and practical solution for complex terrain, non-cohesive or non-consolidates conditions.
Consists in a all thread bar, with a central perforation to permit water injection to sweep or grouting of anchor bolts. They are used with couplings and disposable bits for different types of soil.
EXPANSION BOLTS
Anchor bolts are manufactured from welded on itself folded pipes and finally sealed at an end. It expands by means of pressured water injection pump. The expansion of the bolt inside of perforation causes friction and creates anchorage at the entire column.
This anchorage permits adaption to various conditions of rock mass, is of versatile use and generates faster drilling cycles.
FIBERGLASS BOLTS (FRP)
Solid or hollow cylinder bolts with a threaded center cavity at its entire length. This rock supporting system is flexible and resistant to tensile loads.
It differs from solid steel bolts in its low weight, low pollution of extracted minerals during mining processes and eliminates presence of steel during crushing and milling process in extreme environments.
STEEL TUBES FOR MICRO PILES AND UMBRELLAS
System based on the use of resistant and rigid overlapping armors, which are installed by means of longitudinal perforation in the front of the tunnel.
Recommended system for superficial tunnel digging in soft grounds. Tunnels that flow under weathering soil, tunnels that will go through fault zones, tunnels in soils susceptible to collapse.
TH PROFILE FAMES
TH supporting frames are used for an ample range of applications in underground mining construction, tunnels and galleries for civilian use. They are manufactured in Europe with high-grade steel and allow agile on site assembly that allows an improvement of working cycles. These “cedant” profiles allow continuous uphold of massifs after movement.
FORGED STEEL NUTS
19, 22, 25 and 32mm forged and machined for helical bolts. Its structure and composition is especially designed to optimize and increase performance and resistance of system.
CEXPANSION SHELLS
Expansion shells are especially designed to achieve an immediate anchorage at the time of installing the bolt in the drilling process. Designed to make installation of anchorage easier and faster, therefore to allow an important progress at site.
BARREL AND WEDGE SET
The barrel and wedge set for cable anchorage of 0.5” and 0.6” was developed to avoid sliding of bolts once tension is applied.

Specially designed hoses for pneumatic loading of ANFO explosives (Ammonium Nitrate + Fuel Oil)
VENTILATION DUCTS
Designed to introduce and aspirate air at underground works. Manufacturing material is polyester coated PVC on both sides. Its main characteristics are impermeability, acid resistance, anti-flame and anti-static properties.
WATERPROOFING
Profiles or tapes of extruded Waterstop PVC to be used as seal in concrete or expansion joints subjected to high water pressures. They are used in construction of water channels, foundations with presence of groundwater deposits and hydraulic works.
